    WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

    We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. E-Gift Cards never expire and we add new items weekly!

     

    How do I initiate a return?

    How will I receive my E-GIFT Card?

    Expect an E-Gift Card to be emailed to you within 1-5 business days of the delivery of your return to our warehouse. E-Gift cards are calculated to reflect any discounts at time of purchase. Credits are not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

    The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. 

     

    ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

    • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
    • We provide Return Shipping labels for a flat rate fee of $7. 
    • We only offer E-GIFT Cards for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
    • Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
    • Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs or marks.
    • E-Gift Cards cannot be issued until the return is processed. This means you can not apply the E-Gift Card to new purchases before your return is processed and we have issued it to you via email.
    • During the Returns Process, if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Flash Sale, Accessories, Intimates and Bodysuits.
    • Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing.
    • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit.
    •  E-Gift Cards never expire!
