Arielle:
Arielle hails from Northern California, where her love of words is funneled into working as a staff columnist for a weekly newspaper and a blogger for For Elyse! She loves mixing vintage pieces into her wardrobe, and taking style inspiration from icons like Kim Novak and Chloë Sevigny. In her spare time she enjoys reading small press comics by Jeffrey Brown, and classics like Herman Hesse’s Strange News From Another Star.
Riley:
Riley always had a passion for writing. Her senior year in high school she was part of journalism and wrote various stories, from articles on trending items to opinion pieces. After graduating high school she wished to continue writing, and found the For Elyse web team. Her favorite kind of fashion article to write are new runway trends–she loves how designers use different textures and inspirations to get their perspective across. T.V shows such as Top Model and Project Runway are some of her favorite fashion shows. She gets her fashion inspiration from whatever mood she feels that day–sometimes boho, sometimes vintage, sometimes colorful. Fashion is an ever changing world for Riley, and she likes to keep her fashion changing as well.
