  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00! 

International Shipping Information

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $175.00!

Return and exchange Information

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the placement date of the order (as listed on your invoice).
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable, however if we are at fault we will cover shipping for the return or exchange. 
  • Shoes must be in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you, no refund will be issued.
  • Gift cards, cosmetics, earrings, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased with a multiple item discount (ex: "15% off when you buy 2 or more"), will be refunded at the discounted amount. This includes free shipping deals.
  • Merchandise purchased in our retail locations can only be returned to the store from where it was purchased.
  • Merchandise purchased online must be shipped back to us for returns/exchanges.
  • Returns which do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of their arrival at our facilities. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. It may take up to 5 business days to the refund to process back to your account.

Need to make an exchange?

Need a different color or size? We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item originally purchased. If you'd like to make an exchange for something purchased on forelyse.com, please follow the instructions below:

1. Email us at customerservice@forelyse.com, or call us at 1-866-257-8017 (M-F 10am - 4:30pm PST). Please have your order number ready.

2. Our customer service representatives will create a new order for desired exchange. You will be charged at that time, then refunded when the item being returned has arrived at our facilities.

3. If the item is exchanged within 7 business days, we will send you a return shipping label and cover the shipping of the new item.

2. Indicate your order number and which items you would like to return.

3. Repackage the item(s) and send them back to us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error).

4. Returns are processed within 5 days of their arrival at our facilities. We will send you a confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
