So many colors to choose from when it comes to painting your nails sometimes I don’t know which one to pick! I get bored painting my nails the same red color over and over again so I decided to share with you some of the cool nail art that I have discovered on Pinterest!
One of the trending nail designs that has become more and more popular is the single nail color! The concept of this design is to paint your nails one color and paint a single nail on each hand a different complimentary color! Say for spring, paint your nails a light pink and choose a random nail on each hand and paint it a neon green. I also love to paint my nails all one color and then paint a single on each hand with a glitter nail polish! It makes me feel like I have a little bling on my hands without wearing any goddie rings!
Another nail craze that was started by celebs like Jennifer Lopez and Blake Lively is lace manicures! Lace nails invoke a Gothic romance that hopefully does not end in a tragedy! The look is so unique and trust me you will be getting so many compliments on it!
Here’s what you will need:
- Clear Top Coat Nail Polish
- A section of Lace
- Scissors
- Toothpick
- Base Nail Polish of your choice
Step 1. Measure the lace to fit your finger nails and cut with the scissors
Step 2. Paint your nails the base color, any color or clear, whatever you prefer
Step 3. Put the lace over your wet nail polish and stick the sides down with the toothpick
Step 4. After letting it dry for a few minutes, paint over the lace with two coats of the clear top nail polish, which is meant to dry hard and prevent scratches and chips
