Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

What's a better way to start off this fall season than with this pumpkin spice latte recipe!  

Start your day with the cozy and delicious taste of traditional fall flavors. It's your favorite
Starbucks drink, but better. With only 5 steps, healthier ingredients, and a little homemade love this Pumpkin Spice Latte will boot your daily coffee out the door!

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • ¾ cup of milk of choice (coconut milk is our favorite)
  • 3 TB of organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 TB of real maple syrup
  • 5 drops of stevia (or substitute with another ½ TB of maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of coconut sugar for the topping


First Step
Use an espresso machine to create the espresso shot. If you do not have one you can still get the same
intensity of an espresso shot if you concentrate your regular cup of coffee to 4 ounces of liquid.

Second Step
Once the coffee is ready use a blender to mix with the pumpkin puree, spices, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.

Third Step
Use your espresso machine or (saucepan over a medium flame) to warm up milk and stevia (or syrup)

Fourth Step
Once milk and stevia comes to a simmer add to blender and stir on high to create a foamy milk. Let it sit for a minute.

Fifth Step
Separate liquid from the foam with a spoon, and add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or Coconut sugar on top.
