Summer Movie Round-Up

Tickets in one hand, popcorn and gummy bears in the other! Now to just find the perfect seat and get ready for this summer’s movies!With the warm weather always comes great movies to see during the summer months! The first move in the long line of sequels premiering this summer is Men in Black 3, just released last weekend! Starring hero Will Smith, time travel is the name of the game when secret agent Jay (Smith) must travel back in time to save his partner Kay who is played by the returning Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin who plays a younger version! Smith must fight some bad aliens and uncover the secret to saving the future of planet Earth in the past!

Another highly anticipated film opening this weekend is Snow White and the Huntsman starring Kristen Stewart as the young Snow White, Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen , and Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman. This theatrically whimsical tale is brought to you buy the producers of “Alice in Wonderland,” and takes place in a mythical land poisoned by the Evil Queen. Snow White, being the only person more fair then the Queen, is sent to be killed by the Queen’s huntsman. Unable to kill the young woman, the huntsman begins training Snow White to possibly overturn the Queen’s reign.  With stunning visual affects, director Rupert Sandals bring a dark twist to the old fairy tale!

With sequels being a huge trend in the movie industry, director Christopher Nolan is bringing the final installment of the Batman series The Dark Knight Rises starring Christian Bale and Gary Oldman. Taking place eight years later after Batman took the blame for the crimes of Harvey Dent, also known as Two Face, a new terrorist named Bane, played by Tom Hardy, threatens the city of Gotham and the loves of many innocent citizens. Batman must come out of the dark to Gotham’s aid after being outcast as an enemy!
