I’m dreaming of a white Christmas… and one that is acceptable after Labor Day! Luckily one of the newest winter trends is head-to-toe Winter White! This light bright trend was seen all over the Fall 2012 runways since designers love to break old cliche fashion rules like “no wearing white after labor day.” The winter white trend is embracing the color of the season, snow, and dressing yourself in white from your top to your shoes! Celebrities like Miranda Kerr and Jennifer Lopez have been spotted in white separates like a blazer, top, pants, and shoes all in white! The red carpet is another great place to spot the winter white trend! Just recently Anne Hathaway wore a white cold shoulder long sleeve gown at the Les Miserables premier while Carmen Electra wore a sophisticated white dress that was accented with gold and had sexy cutouts! You think you can rock the Winter White trend, well of course you can!

Look as delicious as Snow White’s apple; all you wan to do is take a bite! One of my favorite  Fall Trends is definitely Jewel Tones and inspired by all of the lovely gem colors I keep seeing around our shop, we will be doing a 4 part blog about the various types of jewel tones you can rock this fall!

Let’s start with a bang with Ruby! Also known as the birthstone for July babies, the ruby is a deep dark  gem that is rich with different shades of red. among seeing ruby all over the runways of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, many celebrities have been dawning the color of ruby associated so easily with this time of year. Stars like Maria Sharapova, Emma Watson, and Kristen Bell have been spotted in Valentino who is notorious for being fond of the color red!

The great thing about wearing ruby red items is that it is a statement color that literally looks good on everyone! It can be dressed up or down for almost any occasion and will send the message of your confidence. Ideas to Decorate Your Halloween Pumpkin

Every year I so look forward to carving pumpkins in preparation for Halloween but every year I find myself racking my brain for new ideas. To inspire not only myself but also you, I found some super easy and fun fashionable ways to decorate your pumpkin for this truly spooky holiday!

Bling-ed Out

What girl doesn’t love to sparkle? I seriously fell in love when I cam across this perfectly glittery patch of pumpkins! Its super easy to do as well! All you need is some rhinestone in all different shapes and sized (preferably ones used for scarp booking) and some super glue! Make sure you wash your pumpkin before apply any jewels, add some glue to the back of the gems and start sticking!

Chevron it to Me!

One of my favorite prints from this season has got to be the chevron print so I though, “Why not put that on a pumpkin!” (Light-bulb!) All you need is some painting tape and your favorite color paint! just tape off the pumpkin in a chevron print and paint over the exposed areas. Let sit to dry and peel off the tape! Voulah! A fashionable chic chevron printed pumpkin!

All Wrapped Up!

If you want to go for a more whimsical dark and ominous feeling on your front porch, just wrap your pumpkins in black tulle and secure with some fun colored ribbon! Its super cheap, easy, and will add a level of sophistication and magic to your festive fall setting!
